Meet with Sarah to discuss your goals for yoga. She will draw from her background in Exercise Physiology and extensive yoga training to create a yoga sequence and format to meet your goals: from healing an injury, optimizing sports performance, improving mental health , or anything else!
Depending on your goals, the classes will range from vigorous & sweaty to restorative & restful.
Rates are per 1-hour session, and discounts are offered for multiple sessions.
Yoga for your Athletic Team
Sarah ran competitively at Williams College and knows the demands placed on athletes. She will listen to your team's needs from goal-setting, to injuries, and then create sequencing and a program to fit your team's needs and to bring the team to peak performance - physically and mentally!
Sarah can work with you to teach a one-off motivational class before a big event or weekly classes to supplement training. See the YOD style of yoga as a method to create strength, agility, mental toughness and resilience. YOD can be modified to specifically target any area of weakness in the body.
